So I understand that tails will prevent any ISP from tracking you, but does this prevent a local network that you are connected to via a router from tracking any of the ip addresses you connect to? Does it show the ip addresses of the tor servers you connect to?

The local router sees the same thing as any other router along the road: the IP of the Tor entry nodes you're using.
