Is there a way to build Tails on machine that is not connected with internet?

And will the Tails image, built on the offline-m/c work back on the m/c with internet?

It is possible to work bulid Tails offline provided that the configuration of an HTTP proxy. First build must be done online in order to cache what is needed, subsquent builds can be done offline. A change in the configuration of the HTTP might be required.
