I want to save defenitions for my screen . I am tired of changing it everytime i boot .

If the correct screen resolution is not detected, this is possibly a bug. Please report it.

What directory should be added to persistance .

This is not supported by persistence, but you might want to append the live-config option to set the correct X resolution to the bootloader configuration.
