Tails does include i2p, which is an open source project which attempts to develop an anonymous file-sharing network. i2p has some attractive features but which (insert emoticon here) has been debated at some length in another thread in this forum. My current feeling is that users should avoid i2p because it uses Java, which is inherently unsafe (the generally useless US DHS recently took the very unusual step of advising everyone to disable Java entirely due to severe flaws which Oracle has been unable to fix). Perhaps in the future Java can be designed out and other issues addressed, but shedding Java would probably be quite difficult.
No... but... you should be very careful when installing internet using apps into Tails as they could leak your IP address. Some things I'd take time to consider: 1. "Active" vs "passive" connections. 2. NAT - if you're behind one you'll almost certainly be on a common private IP address so, with Tails excellent firewalling, the risks will be largely mitigated.
How would you connect to onion server w/o?
Filezilla is a first rate FTP client but, given the nature and purpose of Tails, I'd be more inclined to "make do" with the default tools than to risk my anonymity for the pleasure of using something a bit nicer ;o)

There is a good reason why popular file sharing utilities are not included in Tails: they are basically impossible to anonymize with Tor. See

You should also read some more warnings against dangerous things you shouldn't do when using Tails: https://tails.boum.org/doc/about/warning/index.en.html
